John and Beatrix Masotti

John and Beatrix relocated to Central Florida in 1989 and have been serving the Construction Industry on many levels since the origin of their professional careers. Their love for antiquities is what led them to the creation of Winter Park Restorations.

John, a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration owned and operated a successful Construction Company before relocating to Central Florida. His years of experience in New York taught him the important principals of Historic Restoration. A licensed Contractor, John works by those same principals today and has set high standards for his Staff and Associates.

Beatrix, a long time business owner, has been serving the construction industry for many years. Her experience in space planning and kitchen design, has earned her the esteemed Aurora Award for her Kitchen Design in the New Southern Home. Her vast experience within the industry provides her with the knowledge in the planning and execution of your construction project. She is a Licensed Realtor and a Mother of 3.
